Step 1 — Choose the right appointment type

First visit? Select Initial Consultation – 90 minutes. This includes a full health history, assessment, and treatment. Also select this option if it has been more than a year since your last visit.

Returning patient? Select a Follow-up appointment – 60 minutes.

Have a valid ACC claim? Select one of the ACC options and have your claim number ready — ACC will have sent this to you by text. Please note: acupuncturists cannot lodge new ACC claims. To start a new claim, visit your GP, physiotherapist, or osteopath first.

Step 2 — Choose your appointment format

IN-PERSON - coming into the clinic at Titirangi. VIRTUAL - video call for NLP, coaching, or channel work from anywhere in the world

Step 3 — Complete your intake form

After booking, we’ll email you a medical intake form to complete before your appointment. Please fill this in ahead of time so we can make the most of your session.
